Welcome to Practice Imperfect, a training program and subsidiary of Roots to Results Counseling, LLC. By enrolling in our course, accessing our materials, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before participating.
1. Educational and Informational Disclaimer
The information provided in this course, including all frameworks, workflows, templates, and strategies, is for educational and informational purposes only.
No Professional Advice: While the instructor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and experienced business owner, your participation in this course does not establish a clinical supervision, legal, financial, or formal consulting relationship.
Local Compliance: Private practice regulations, licensing laws, and compliance requirements vary significantly by state and jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any strategies, business structures, or forms you implement comply with your local licensing board, state laws, and professional ethical standards.
2. Intellectual Property & Limited License
All course materials—including but not limited to videos, slide decks, checklists, agendas, coaching forms, and written content—are the intellectual property of Roots to Results Counseling, LLC.
Granted License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review the materials for your personal, professional development.
Strict Restrictions: You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the course materials to third parties or use them to create a competing training program without explicit written permission.
3. Payment Terms and Financial Responsibility
By purchasing the course or selecting a flexible tuition plan, you agree to the following financial terms:
Payment Obligations: If you opt for a flexible payment installment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file at the specified intervals. You remain legally responsible for the full balance of the course tuition, regardless of your course completion rate or participation level.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital availability of our proprietary workflows, templates, and downloadable resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after access to the course platform has been granted.
4. Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines
We aim to cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and authentic environment for all participating clinicians. You agree to interact professionally within all group chats, community forums, or live Q&A sessions. We reserve the right to remove any student from the course platform without a refund if they engage in behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or violates the confidentiality of other participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roots to Results Counseling, LLC and its subsidiaries, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in this course or the growth trajectory of your private practice. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, hiring success, or business metrics, as your results depend on your individual implementation, local market, and professional choices.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms must be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted directly within the course platform with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the course following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
