Hey!! I'm Lenise (she/her)! I spent years as a clinician, pouring my heart into my clients while secretly drowning in the business side of things. I didn't know how to structure my practice legally, I was terrified of hiring my first employee, and I had no idea if I was actually making money or just spinning my wheels. Then I made the decision to learn. I invested in mentorship, studied successful practice owners, and built systems that actually worked. Within a few years, I went from a solo practice to leading a thriving multi-location enterprise and more importantly, I got my life back.
